Elemental Vibrations

While I am up here in sunny Arizona…albeit it’s not very warm so far….I took part in a really nice day building a collage to represent the new year and what is to come. I encourage any and all of you who have the inclination to do the same. Deciphering them once you’re done is a lot of the fun.
Step One: Assemble a large pile of magazines all types and kinds (that you will be ripping pages out of…. a lot of pages… as well as a piece of poster board (the size depends on you), scissors and glue sticks. Also it is good to have a few books on symbols on hand if they are available, or you could use the internet as a resource later.
Step Two: Set your intention or goal for the coming year. You can write it down or just think about it in your mind.
Step Three: Do a short meditation connecting with your Guides, Angels, Arch Angels and Energies of 100% Light.
Step Four: Flip through the magazines at a rate that you are observing the pictures but not reading anything in it, it is a steady pace. Tear out any picture that you see that appeals to you, harbour no judgment, do not stop to wonder why you may be tearing it out. You can also tear out pages you might use for background of appealing colours as well. Do this until you have a healthy stack of torn out pages in front of you. It is good to set a time limit or you could be there tearing out pages all day. This is done quietly if you are in a group setting, there will be plenty of time to chat and share later on.
Step Five: At this time I was fortunate enough to be able to walk a beautiful Labyrinth that was a replica created by my good friend Diane (who by the way also led this experience). If you do not have a Labyrinth to walk you could also spend some time just being still.
After walking the Labyrinth we stopped for lunch.
Step Six: We convened back at our work area then began the process of putting our collages together… there is very little or no talking done at this stage…it is important to be in your space while you are creating the work in front of you. Do not worry if some things have to be there but they don’t seem to fit, it is all in divine order. Continue until your poster board is full. To begin gluing it is handy to glue things on top of the other until you get to the poster board, so your ideas are not lost.
Step Seven: When everyone has completed their poster board,share it with one another at this time everyone can offer what they see or understand from each others board. You can have your work observed by others without sharing your intention is if you do not wish to. A lot of times the people you are working with will notice things that you didn’t even realize were there, many sets of eyes are welcome at this stage.
Step Eight: Spend some time with your board and the symbol books or researching meanings on the internet, journal what they mean to you. This you may do the next day or a few days later.
*if you do this project email me and I will also tell you some other meanings in the board, I do not wish to share them her now for it is important the information comes afterward to keep the authenticity of the work.
*Remember to write the date you made the board on the back, then when you do them from year to year it is easy to follow the transitions along the way.
I hope you enjoy doing this exercise as much as I did. I did it with my Mother who is very new to my spiritual path and she loved it!!!!! She had a blast researching the signs, and symbols and what they meant.

Happy New Year to Everyone big and small….my intention is for all to have an enlightening year ahead, love more, live healthier, be kinder to yourself and be brave enough to walk the path you were born to walk.
Be still for a little bit each day, this is the way to becoming the person you were born to be. Do not overwhelm yourself with details, just be still for whatever time you can manage, even if it is only for a few uninterrupted minutes each day. This time you spend going inside of yourself will help to facilitate your ability to embrace the gifts that you have been endowed with. They have always been there and are simply lying dormant within you until you dig them up, dust them off, shine the light on them and bring them out into the sun. Be still a moment now and observe the truth of these words as they are written.

Christmas is almost upon us and it has about as many meanings as there are people inhabiting this planet.
My wish for all is that Universal Love prevail, that we all see that every instance that we hurt another we are actually hurting ourselves. I know this can be a daunting concept to grasp, however it is important collectively we try.
When we do things collectively many more people are affected, sometimes without even the knowing or understanding why.

In the great web of this Earth we are all connected, are all part of the One True Source of the great I AM.

I wish to remind you that it is very important we take time to be still, especially during these busy times. It is not simply busy because you are worrying over the holiday baking, shopping or visiting. The linear time we are traveling in now is of a different frequency and speed than times past. As this shift continues to occur time IS moving more rapidly than ever. You are not imagining this phenomenon; it is very real.
Being still is the way you connect with the great I AM that resides within you, within all of us.
You must go inside to find clarity, peace and balance. Stillness is the way. If you do not make time to be still, Source may see to it that you do and you might not like the way this is achieved in your life. We sometimes forget we do get to choose, however when we do not see the simplicity of what is, we often end up on the path of greater complexity. The end result is the same, why not choose the kindest, gentlest path?
I leave with you this insight…. Treat others with love, kindness and above all NON-JUDGMENT. When you do this, this is how you are REALLY treating YOURSELF.

Another outstanding day teaching Reiki to new Initiates. It never gets old for me, I love sharing the love, the light and energy with others. Watching them come into their own as energetic healers is truly a gift to behold. I am so proud of my new students. Especially exciting is the fact that they are so young and they are already waking up and becoming responsible for their energetic health. What incredible futures they have before them to unfold like a terrific adventure, turning each page to find out what comes next and accepting it with Poise, Love and Grace.
Truly a gift of a day.

Hello there I was reading today and came across a very interesting quote “We have to live today by what truth we can get today, and be ready tomorrow to call it falsehood. “William James”
This statement rings to my very core after all is that not how things seem to go? Do the best with the information you have at the time then move and change according to the new information that is brought forward. It is very important we as human beings do not get stagnant or comfortable in our old ways of thinking. We must be innovative and open to all the new information that is just around the corner.
